German speaker manufacturer HK Audio continues to make inroads into the South African event and sound market.
South Africa’s only independent Vehicle Sales Academy, Innermation, has invested in the HK Audio Elements speaker system which was supplied by authorised dealer The Sound Shop.
“We were looking for a scalable system that would suit the multimedia needs in our lecture rooms, with the ability of then matching the components together to form one large system for our road shows,” commented Stefan Vermaak, founder and head of Innermation. “After doing some research I discovered the HK Audio Elements system, which suits our requirements to a tee. The coverage and sound clarity that you get from the Elements system is astounding – better than many systems I have previously worked with and I am sure it will also make an impression at this years’ Johannesburg International Motor Show!”
The HK Audio Elements is an innovative line-source system that links the advantages of modern line-array technology with the easy handling of ultra-compact P.A. systems. Consisting of six components, Elements offers a portable sound reinforcement solution that adapts to the varied needs of the user. Components can be added or removed from the system via E-Connect, a unique new integrated coupler/bus that provides a quick “mix ‘n match” to adapt to any scenario.
“The folk at Innermation were totally impressed with the initial demonstration in the Pro Audio showroom” added Andrew Sorrill, HK Audio Specialist at the local agency Pro Audio. “After using a mid high per side with one sub for their lectures they decided to purchase the complete Elements system for use in all their venues and then build it together for the road shows.”
