The 5-city Ramfest tour, a first for South Africa, serves as the backdrop for the in-depth analysis of the ins and outs of the local rock music industry from the perspective of international and local bands, promoters, brands and music journalists.
Part 1 looks at this year’s nationwide Ramfest and gets the opinions of the organizers and bands involved.
Part 2 explores what it takes for local and international bands to achieve success.
Part 3 examines the role that brands can play in the South African rock music scene and how brands and bands can capitalize on the investment.
