PLUSH releases A Brand new self-titled Album

PLUSH has released a brand new self-titled album and the first single, “Dancing In A Storm”, dominates charts on local radio.

The Cape-Town based band have always been humble about their success in SA and the overwhelming response to their fourth studio album has had them packing out venues once again following their successful CD launch tour in May. KZN fans will be part of PLUSH’s next SA tour as they kick things off at ‘Unit 11’ in Durban on the 13th of August. BEHIND THE NEW ALBUM:

The album, being self-titled, signifies a fresh start for the band which began a movement in 2003, and found its momentum as an acoustic duo. Plush gained traction with Eliot’s frontman charisma and the creative flair of his close friend and Plush lead guitarist Chas Smit. Just as things seemed to be lifting off in 2005, tragedy struck when Smit was hit by a car and killed while trying to cross a road in Pietermaritzburg.
