The festival takes place on 16 and 17 September at the Doc Jubber hockey and cricket grounds in Olympia, Windhoek.

Friday 16 September
Gates open at 1 pm. The fun starts on the main stage with Koos van Zyl, Rohuan de Jager, Charlize Berg, Thysa Jacobs, Willem Botha, Karlien Husselman, Wambüseun, Snotkop, Heinz Winckler, Ludik and finally Westlife. The MC for the night is Ashley Pienaar.
Saturday 17 September
Gates open at 9 am and Charné kicks off the festivities on the main stage. After that it’s Kobus Muller, Lee Scott, David Fourie, Dewald Louw, Pieter Naudé, Viljoen Retief, Adam Tas, Wicus van der Merwe, George Meiring, Adam, MoniQue, Jay, Bongi, Corlea, Melissa van der Spuy, Broers, Sorina die Flooze, Die Heuwels Fantasties, Nicholis Louw, Bobby van Jaarsveld, Kurt Darren, Freshlyground, Romanz and Nianell and then Theuns Jordaan.
The artists are looking forward to the event almost as much as the Huisgenoot team.
“I can’t wait to go back to Namibia!” says Corlea. “Windhoek is one of the best concert parties ever. The people are incredible and I really love performing there. There’s no festival like the Hart van Windhoek festival!”
Tickets are available at Computicket and your nearest Shoprite and Checkers at N$205 for Friday (including the Westlife concert) and N$120 for Saturday. Tickets at the gate will sell for N$250 on Friday and N$150 on Saturday. Children under 12 pay N$100 on Friday and N$60 on Saturday. Festival goers are welcome to bring umbrellas, but no Gazebos. There will be certain areas indicated where umbrellas will be allowed.
